In December of 2011, Lawrence's brother-in-law, Jeff, gave him a Chrysler Muntineer in need of repair.

The repairs included rebuilding all the supports inside the bow, Adding a spinnaker snout and auto-bailers and repairs to the rails and all the fore and aft deck line attachments.
